Throughout this class resource, teachers are provided with a simple consistent pattern that they can follow in preparing for Sunday Bible School lesson for the children:

       Considers the following activity options:

Crafts: Provide materials for children to create crafts related to the lesson, reinforcing the message and encouraging creativity.

Games: Plan games or activities that actively involve the children, allowing them to apply the lesson. For example, a memory game with Bible verses or a scavenger hunt based on the story.

Role Plays: Encourage children to act out the story or characters, aiding their understanding and internalization of the message. This can be done individually or in groups.

Group Discussions: Engage children in discussions about the story, encouraging them to share their thoughts and interpretations. Ask open-ended questions to foster critical thinking and reflection.

Singing together to create a joyful and memorable experience for the children.

These aids make the lesson more engaging and understandable.

Guides teachers to provide handouts or visual cues to assist children in practising and remembering the verses.

7. Prayer and Reflection

Guide them in praying for understanding, gratitude, and application of the lesson.

8. Application and Takeaways

Help them identify specific actions or behaviours they can implement to live out the teachings of the lesson.

Provide take-home materials or discussion questions for families to continue the conversation and reinforce the lesson at home.
